I often hear people saying they incorporate plenty of physical exercise into their daily routine but they still do not feel energized or full of life.  The body thrives when properly nourished and suffers when nutrition is disregarded.  The majority of weight loss and maintenance begins with consistent healthy eating.

During your nutritional counselling sessions, we will review your current lifestyle patterns and eating habits and will work together to implement healthy changes that will lead to a more energized and vibrant you!

Along with a nutrition and wellness evaluation, food journal assessment, kitchen overhaul, and a grocery store tours we will review various topics of nutrition including macro and micronutrients, glycemic index, superfoods, balanced meal planning and supplementation, among many others.  You will also be provided with nutritional guidance along the way.
