Running in a group keeps you on track to reaching your goals. You will meet some amazing individuals who share some of the same interests as you, all the while having fun!

Strength and Endurance Clinic - Monday, Nov. 11th to Saturday, Jan. 11th
Stay focused and on track as we head into the cooler months with this 8 week Strength and Endurance clinic. This clinic will allow you to build on the training you have completed thus far and allow you to reach for the next level (whether it be increasing your speed or distance).
Clinic members meet Monday evenings at 6:30 (STRENGTH) and Saturday mornings at 7:30 a.m. (ENDURANCE).
Cost: $82.50
All clinic members will be following the same basic schedule; however workouts will be tailored to the individual runner’s needs/levels.
It is recommended that participants be comfortable running roughly 3km before starting this clinic.
Fees must be paid in cash or by electronic email transfer prior to the start of the clinic.
Learn to Run
You’ve taken the first step toward achieving your running goals! Learn all you need to help you succeed as a runner. You will learn a gradual progressive way to run which will include run/walk breaks to ensure your success.
5K
You’ve been running 3-5K comfortably, but now you want to get more serious and build your speed, endurance and stamina. Maybe you want to improve your 5k time or just run with a group at a similar fitness level to you. This program will focus on strengthening your running base.
10K
You’ve been running up to 5K comfortably, but now you want to get more serious and build your speed, endurance and stamina. You want to build up your endurance to reach 10k or want to work towards a new 10K personal best. This program will focus on strengthening your running base.
